Won't be much of a week for me, I'm afraid. Saving my foot for NYC. My pool running references say to consider the time running in the pool equivalent to how long it would take you to run a certain distance. Since I normally run 7 miles of outdoor terrain in an hour, I'm using that as my standard for "equivalent miles." Monday: Conference stuff, i.e. rest day Tuesday: 0 miles (conference stuff all day/evening) Wednesday: 0 miles (Travel day, all day) Thursday: 5.5 miles, 8:41 avg pace Friday: 15 minutes stationary bike, 10 minutes weights, 30 mins pool running (equivalent to about 3.5 miles run) Saturday: 1 solid hour of pool running (7 equivalent run miles) Sunday: 2 dreadful hours of pool running (ok, it wasn't that bad now that I'm done.... equivalent to 14 miles) Totals: 5.5 road miles, 24.5 "equivalent pool miles," 15 minutes on the bike and some weights. A full week, but my running log sure looks like crap.

Thanks, Holly. Should be able to get a few more miles in than last week.

Thanks. It's around 10K pace. When I started doing these I plugged the time for a 4 mile race I ran in August into the McMillan calculator and used the 10K pace from that. That's been working well for me.
