Weightloss Post Holiday Challenge - Week 4 (Read 258 times)

    1/16 - 171.5 lbs. 1/23 - 171.5 lbs. 1/30 - 170.5 lbs. 2/06 - 170.5 lbs. I need to lose weight, not tread water. Wait, maybe treading water might help burn some calories. [Sigh] I know what I need to do .... just need to do it.

    Not at it at all. 

      Thanks for the thread Holly, it's comforting to know we're all in this together. I was hoping to be below 120 but the scale says 120/121 so I'm stil done 2-3 pounds from the start but no weight loss from last week. I've decided to stop eating after dinner. I think that is where i can shave some calories, i usually snack every night after dinner. we'll see. rs

        Today was a weigh-in day for the Biggest Loser contest at school: I'm down 4 pounds since 1/12/09. Not even close to where I wanted to be, but at least the scale's going down. Eliz
