Andy Payne Memorial Marathon RR (Read 260 times)

Never underestimate how much hot weather and humidity will take out of you. Excellent race in what were very tough weather conditions.

Live like you are dying not like you are afraid to die.

The heat, humidity and wind must have really messed up your hair, yet you ran a fine event!!! Sweet.

Nice run. Sorry about the final miles. I had a like experience with a heart monitor in 1997. It had me slowing down on a flat course so very much. I finished with a 4:12. I did try it one more time on my first 50-mile. I ended up turning it off after about 15 miles. I never used it again. I still have it stored away somewhere. This one is one that I have thought about running year after year. Maybe I will next year. It is not that far from me. TomD
