      W - 9 m. 1 m. wu. 8 m. GMP. 7:45 pace. AVG BPM 140. PF & Groin pain.

      T - 7 m. (2 m wu / rec / cd)  3m @ 7:37 pace; 2m @ 7:37 pace.

      F - Non scheduled OFF day.

      S - 9.9 m. EZ / Recovery pace.

      S - 13.1 m. on a TM. Mental Discipline Smile

              Sun - HHFM 26.2

               

              Total Run ~ 61.2

               

              Total driving miles for the week - 1200

               

              58.7 miles run

              1185 miles driven

                close but no cigar ;-) I ran three marathons
                this year, and they were all like this.
                First, Boston in 3:00:26, then NY in 3:03:57
                and now Philadelphia in 3:02:07. oh well.
                at least I tried.

                  Able to sneak in 40 miles -- 44.7 miles.

                  Left hip pain is not getting better, probably going to do lots of miles on the elliptical trainer this winter ...

                    52 with a (mostly uphill) 20 min tempo on Thursday and some hill speedwork (just 10 reps at 15-20 sec) on Saturday.
