          Time to ramp it up a little more, keeping in mind that the heat can modify some of my best-laid plans:

           

          Monday......Long intervals with warm up & cool down..........................................................done-6.4 miles

          Tuesday...8 miles easy with running buddies at the river......................................................done-8

          Wednesday...7 miles easy.............................................................................3.8 miles run + 1.4 miles walk

          Thursday...Tempo Run-7 with warm up & cool down.........................................................done-8.2 + yoga

          Friday.......Rest & yoga.......................................................................................................done-total rest

          Saturday...15 miles easy........................................................................................................13.5

                    I might beat Mike this week.  Up until today (Sat.) I thought I'd be short, but 13 today gives me hope.

                     

                    ETA: Just 7 M on Sunday for a 38-mile week.  At least I'm trending in the right direction.
