    Mon – PM66.1 in 43:52 I sure will be glad when the dew point and humidity dip below 50% again!
    Tues – AM3.253.1 in 25:42
    Tues – PM110 Work got in the way…
    Wed – AM3.250 Sleep
    Wed – PM9.59.5 in 1:11:35 Running the ski hills…
    Thu – AM3.253.3 in 26:49 Not a bad morning for a run -- still a bit humid, but a lot cooler!!!
    Thu – PM87.05 in 49:11 Felt darn good tonight
    Fri – AM3.254.25 in 33:11 GREAT Run!!! Running by HR and was very surprised I was this fast @ 120 bpm.
    Fri – PM47.03 in 43:19
    Sat – AM129.31 Includes 5k race run as workout and 2 miles at MGRP as part of cool-down…
    Sat – PM0
    Total84.7570.1 Mileage came up a bit short due to work. VERY good quality. Changing up the training to focus more on mileage and less on building speed.

        Hi Holly, I should be over 40 miles per week consistently enough now to apply for admittance to the 40/40 club. I may not be much over but the week ending 8/10/08 I managed 41 miles Monday: xtrain Tuesday: 4 easy Wednesday: 8 MP Thursday: 4 easy Friday: rest day Saturday: 8 easy Sunday: 17 long Total 41 miles Thanx and keep up the great recovery. You are doing great. Larry

          03-Aug Sun 6 tempo run, 2 miles hard at WRL Dallas 04-Aug Mon 10.5 trail run Tryon St Park Portland 05-Aug Tues 5.5 trail run Tryon St Park Portland 06-Aug Wed 9 track meet 5000m in Shoreline WA + warmup & down 07-Aug Thurs 4.5 easy-tired 08-Aug Fri 6 5k in Aubrn WA + warmp & down 09-Aug Sat 14 Used 10k in Morton Wa to get a 14 miler in before heading to Mt rainier to hike 55.5 total miles...this was a tougher week than normal, I was traveling for work and found the track meet, 5k & 10k for something to do. Most week do not have (3) races. I am resting this week & only doing easy miles, not tempos or hard stuff.
