Thanks, Holly. I'll need another pass this week. Not much time for running this week anyway so a good one to take (mostly) off. Monday: Many hours of garden work and cleaning the garage... Tuesday: Just a little garden stuff... Wednesday: 1 hour on stationary bike (16.38 miles), 1/2 mile walk with dog, 20 mins upper body weights/abs on ball. (Finally, a good workout!) Foot feels pretty good. Thursday: No running... Elton John Concert! Smile Friday: 4.1 miles, 8:16 avg pace, .3 mile walk c/d (foot felt fine!) Saturday: 6.2 miles, 8:17 avg pace, foot ok, a little sore afterwards Sad Sunday: 10.3 miles, 8:26 avg pace, foot felt good but iced later. Gardening is hard on the quads! 20.6 miles total, lots of gardening and other stuff.
Still reverse tapering, but I hope to make 40+ this week. Nothing feels great, right now, but we're hanging in there.

Holly Thank you so much for maintaining this log. I will drop off for a while as I will be focusing on 5K and 10K races and PR's for a while. My mileage will probably be around 40-45 but not all the time. I will be back though if thoughts of fall marathons come my way. I am still waiting for a reunion to attend. Tall
