M - 6 M. - New pair of shoes. Returning to Asics Gel Cumulus.
T - 9.2 m. The county resurfaced my everyday bike & running path. It is awesome!
W - 6 m. Weaker today. Not feeling as good as last 2 nights run.
T - 8.4 m. Felt better today.

S - 5K race + 3.9 miles extra.
S - 11 m.
