15 each of lateral raises and triceps extensions. I've been doing 2 days on, one day off in order to ease back into weight training.

Yesterday I did 3 x 15 lateral raises and 3 x 15 triceps extensions with 10 lb dumbbells
Also 40 back extensions and 3. calf raises

I did 2 x 20 back extensions and 2x20 leg raises last night.

Mike - I think that's the toolbar, and yes, it does look different now. Not sure I like it.

I did my 2x20 triceps extensions and 2x20 lateral raises before I left for the airport so I wouldn't forget.

I missed two days, so today I did:
3 x 15 lateral raises and triceps extension with two 10-lb weights.
50 back extensions
2x15 Back Extensions and 2x15 Calf Raises on each leg
2x25 Triceps Extensions and 2x25 Lateral Raises
