          Good Morning, Everyone: Mon - Suppose to do 5 w/hill sprints, but couldn't drag myself outta bed. Blush Tues - 1 hour aerobics with The Firm gals Wed - 6-mile progression run; 10:18 average pace Thurs - 1.25 hrs. strength/core/knee strengthening Fri - Long (tough) Run: 1.5 hours, 8.29 miles - 'Twas a bee-u-tiful mornin', tho! Cool Sat - Trail run, 2:45:00 around 13 miles Total for Week: 32.29

                Thanks, Gordon... Still in Hawaii so not sure what I'll get done... (Wow, having that tally be for the last two weeks looks pretty impressive!) Monday: 2.8 barefoot miles on the beach w/ DH at his pace... Tuesday: 5.25 miles with two at tempo (mile 3 @ 7:54, mile 5 @ 7:50) Wednesday: 6 miles, 8:13 avg pace, plus 3 hours at Oahu water park... Thursday: 10 miles, 8:24 avg pace Friday: 4 miles easy... fly home tonight Saturday: 10k race plus .8 mile warm up (only) so 7 miles for the day Sunday: 11 miles of rolling hills, 8:31 avg pace 46.3 miles running for the week, lots of walking but most not measured, long trip home on the plane...
