Running out of mistakes!

Good luck with that Kevin...I hope you'll be back running again soon! Tonight was an easy four miler. I notice that in addition to getting in some miles at a recovery pace, I usually feel hungry at the end of easy runs. I think part of it is the intentional slowing down. Anyway looking forward to a longer run tomorrow. Btw, running in the dark tonight with my headlamp, I couldn't help but notice the amount of dirt and debris in the air. The lamp really lit it up and was pretty distracting. Good thing our bodies can filter/deal with it. Night all!
