-2009 running goals - sub-3 after Boston (probably VCM), 3 PRs, 2009 miles for the year, and no untreated injuries

Tet great RR as usual. Runrwife and I didn't make it over to the race, I had just come back from the east coast the day before and just didn't want to get out of bed. So glad you were able to keep up the Irish party. Hope to see you soon. Maybe the green will have worn off the tops of your feet by then. By the way, nice winter taper. I would like a copy of your training schedule too.
