Carolyn
Mike, my money's on you to win nationals. Go get 'em!
It's been raining here all day - very unusual for Colorado. I finally decided to get out and run, because I was feeling cooped up, and so were Tazzie and Ladybug. 7.5 miles made me feel much better (the dogs only came for the first 2.5 since they're getting old). I wore long sleeved shirt, and my hands were cold. And this is July???
Since tomorrow is the end of the month, I thought I'd remind you all to check your mileage and plan to end on a prime number! We had a lot of folks with primes last month - let's keep up the streak! Here's a handy table of primes to use for planning your run tomorrow. Thank you in advance.
I hammered down the trail, passing rocks and trees like they were standing still.
Go Mike go!!!!!! (Boy, RA really need some dancing bananas icons added here).
No running to report besides the fact that my humble cake was sold for 650 today at the Rotary action to benefit the fire victims. Yes, I am delighted.

Sweet! (in more ways than one)
Go Mike!
Jlynne - Happy Birthday!
Carolyn - that means I will have to run .2 mile, 1.2 mile, or 11.2 miles today......hmmm
Steve - beautiful!
Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."
