    Mike, my money's on you to win nationals.  Go get 'em!

     

    It's been raining here all day - very unusual for Colorado. I finally decided to get out and run, because I was feeling cooped up, and so were Tazzie and Ladybug.  7.5 miles made me feel much better (the dogs only came for the first 2.5 since they're getting old).  I wore long sleeved shirt, and my hands were cold.  And this is July???

     

    Since tomorrow is the end of the month, I thought I'd remind you all to check your mileage and plan to end on a prime number!  We had a lot of folks with primes last month - let's keep up the streak!  Here's a handy table of primes to use for planning your run tomorrow.  Thank you in advance.

      No running to report besides the fact that my humble cake was sold for 650 today at the Rotary action to benefit the fire victims.  Yes, I am delighted.
