Cheers to you for your first ever 40 miles weeks!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so proud of you!!!!!!!!!! It feels to good to be back home!!!! My family was waiting for me with a lovely dinner and flowers from my garden placed everywhere in the house. They told me to go out running for a bit as they got ready for dinner. 4 slow hilly miles. It sure feels good to be back home. tall...take it easy.. hurray to Holly's long distance today. Erika, be careful with that foot!!!!!!!!!
