Thanks wild!  Just one marathon for me in November.  No PR's...no Age Group Wins...no special numbers...well, no wonder!  It was NOvember.  Okay, that was dumb.

    NOV: 76

    YTD: 1831

So...that "one marathon" was actually in October!  So no marathon, either!

      thank you Leslie!!!

        Trails are hard!

Didn't realize quite how little I ran this month.  30.4 miles for me.  I was lucky enough to be part of a mini RA masters meetup with dg (and Henrun, Marj, and TPFD) to turn another imaginary friend to one IRL.  No running involved, obviously.

Need a fast half for late fall.  Then I need to actually train for it.

            Thanks again Carolyn.

Mileage way down this month. Nursing a hip issue. All better now and gradually building mileage back up.

Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."

however, especially with no trekking poles,

any slips and falls, especially on the way down?
