Leg started rough, but the fast stuff and cool down felt good.
Wanted to get my heart rate up for doc appt tomorrow. Mission accomplished.

Spring is here, snow is melting, most of the roads are clearing, and I 40 miles last week plus 15K XC ski.

It was a PR, so I'll enjoy the soreness Tues. 3 ez Wed. 10 EZ Afraid that I have strained my right hamstring. Pain when running. Thur. 7.5 EZ " " Fri. 7 & 7 EZ Was able to improve pace to 9:25 today. That is far better than previous 2 days. Pain still there, but tolerable. Second run was to burn off pancakes. Sat. 9.4 & 6 EZ Sun. 10.2& 7 EZ Leg feeling about 50% better. Was jogging 9:20 miles or better & felt no pain. Also did a second run later. Total 79.1
