          I'm gonna try to jump back in this week. My little run last night makes me think I am pretty close to right. Thanks!

           

          M- 1.8 W/U, Mile in 6:30, 400 jog, 4x400 (94,90,89,89)w/200 jog, 3.6 cool down

          Leg started rough, but the fast stuff and cool down felt good.

          Wanted to get my heart rate up for doc appt tomorrow. Mission accomplished.

          T- 5.2 Easy

          W-5.4 Easy

          T- 2.3 w/u, 3 1 mile hill lops, 2.3 c/d. Kinda felt blah

          F- 6.1 Easy - Worked on form/posture

          S- 9.6 Easy

                      Spring is here, snow is melting, most of the roads are clearing, and I 40 miles last week plus 15K XC ski.
