I was not fueled well today for my 6 miles run with the Easy Pacer, neither did he. We both just barely finished our 6 miler today.
Spareribs, I sure want that recipe. Nice looking chicken.

Tag and I spent some father-son time. Part of the Manistee River maxed out it's flood stage. I was a little curious as to the trail conditions. Most of the trail is clay, so I was a good time.
In a few spots, we looked for an alternate route.
