M - 5 m. Recovery pace. Feel exceptionally good after yesterdays marathon.
T - 4.2 m. Physical Therapy for PF then a jog at recovery / taper pace.
W - REST day.
T - 8.2 m.
F - 2 m. TM.
S - No Running. Walked minimum of 9 miles in D.C. though today sightseeing.
S - 26.2 m. Marine Corps Marathon.
Total - 45.7 miles for the week.

42 for my first week in Colorado.. What a week! Some ups and downs. But great weather. We won't tell Erika, but 70s up to 80 and sunny all week. This I can get used to.
