Woohoo Aamos! Very nice.... better than getting dinged on a training run, for sure! Good call Liz... I felt so much better today than yesterday. Felt like a different person! Ran 8.5 on the TM, first two miles warm up at 9:05, next 4 at MP (8:34) and one of those at 2%, last 2.5 at "EZ" 8:49 pace. Walked a half mile before and after. Then came upstairs (this working out at home stuff is kewl) and cranked out 20 minutes worth of core/abs/upper body weights with my stability ball and dumbbells. DS2 asked, "Gee mom, don't you usually do that at the gym??" I suppose as long as the apartment downstairs is empty, I could take the ball and weights down there too... but the TV is upstairs! He had a friend over and I think he was just a bit embarrassed... oh well.

It's good to read about rain in your area Peter. BTY is in a TRI!!!!!!!!!! Sweet!!!!!!!! Where's McSolar's fashion report????? Wow Aamos................ Too bad we won't be at Tall's house this weekend. Karaoke. What I lack in vocal skills I make up for with enthusiasm. If you can be a positive influence to a child tall, you've done a good thing. Good luck Anachrotech Got a call from one of Mom's caretakers. I didn't run. Her health has been a slow, progressive decline.
