An even lower week for me this time! I guess I need a pass to get back in the swing of things. Actually, I slipped and fell on the ice Tuesday on my run and landed on my knees with my left one getting the worst of it. I managed a run/walk back to where I started from which was at least a couple miles away. It swelled up and didn't want to bed too far for a couple days. I did get it checked by a physical therapist just to make sure I didn't do any further damage and it's just bruised. I ran a mile on the treadmill on Friday, (alpine) skied all day Saturday and did 10 miles or so this morning for a total of 22 miles! I'll try to do better next week. Kelly

31 miles taper miles for me including a mile race in 5:02 followed 10 minutes later with a mile at 5:19. Can anyone say Houston?
