Wow! Jim, I don't think I can run even one mile at that pace - you are amazing!

Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."

Well done Jim, I'm over my injuries and training well you are an inspiration to me and once I'm past the pace bunny you're the next thing in my sights! Even before reading your result I was considering increasing my mileage and dropping my training pace for a few weeks to see what happens.

Old age is when you move from illegal to prescribed drugs.
