MikeE, yes you will definitely get if you register on the first few weeks of the Tunnel marathon.

Enkephalin, magnificent recap! you are brilliant my dear!

Well, once again, I am finding that it is 9pm and I finally got home from work. Between work and my evening engagement I did go to the gym and ran for 2 miles and did various types of core workout for 45' and ran home to shower and get ready for work again. These long hours do not give me much time to catch up around  here.

Looking at the moon this afternoon made me long for Wednesday when it supposed to be full moon. I hope it is not cloudy around here because ohh boy...la luna is going to be gorgeous!

.  I need to get a different neck gaiter.  Does anyone have a Buff?  I'm thinking about the wool one...

I have a headgator http://www.maxit-inc.com/products/headgator.html and that is my go-to winter running head covering.  I like to fold the tube in half and wear it as a hat, with my ponytail sticking out the back, but this year I was planning on getting an extra to wear around my neck at the same time.  They seem lightweight, but are surprisingly warm, like underarmer in that way.  I would be worried that the wool buff would itch, but for non-running they look very snuggly.

Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."

Thanks, Holly.  I had looked at this one before but could not find it surfing last night.  I thought maybe I could get a cyber-Monday deal somewhere.  They'd make great stocking stuffers for my guys (and me!)

Oh, the Polar Buff comes in fleece too which does look nicer for running that the wool one.
