Good morning dear friends. Like Karin said, You Guys Are the BEST!!!. Thanks for your support! As I am heading back home with legs that are a little wabbly, but with my heart so full of joy and happy memories. From Robin's partay to being picked up by the ProfromDover to be taken to his house for a delicious breakfast to then being driven to the race starting line, to the 19.9 cheeleading spot, to Marj and Henry's station (which I missed) all made the experience one of its kind. I will write a race report layer.
I am so lucky to be part of these amazing group.
Enjoy the day and the gift

4 recovery-paced miles for me today in a blustery 44 degrees.
Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."
