      Thanks Holly!  I'm really feeling the day in the yard on Saturday and the hilly trails on Sunday so I think I'm going to dial it back just a bit this week...but this is what I had planned...

            Tuesday Recovery run - 5  5 1st few with the group, then they were done & told me to finish my run!

            Feels great to pop back in after some lower mileage!

                    Fri 8 mi (0:58) treadmill, progression from 6mph to 9.5mph

                    Sat 8.8 mi (1:33) and 5.2 mi (0:59),  averaging around 11min/mile

                    Sun 12.3 mi (1:42) track, last 5 miles in the 7:20's

                     

                    Total:  70 miles ( 10 hrs 38 min)
