Able to sneak in 40 miles -- 44.7 miles.
Left hip pain is not getting better, probably going to do lots of miles on the elliptical trainer this winter ...
52 with a (mostly uphill) 20 min tempo on Thursday and some hill speedwork (just 10 reps at 15-20 sec) on Saturday.
