Help w/Excel (Read 18 times)

Can somebody tell me how to continuously paginate an entire workbook in Excel?

    I know how to paginate each worksheet, i.e., Worksheet #1 Pages 1 thru 5, Worksheet #2, Page 1 through whatever . . . .

I want Worksheet #2 to continue with Page 6 through whatever, Worksheet #3 to start up where #2 left off and continue on.  Does that make sense?

I did it once before, but I can't remember what I did.

    an amazing likeness

Might be version dependent -- but for Excel 2010 and 2013 this works:

      1. Apply the footer to ALL your worksheets by selecting all the worksheet tabs, then Page Layout -> Headers/Footers

      2. When you print, the page number will span the worksheet tabs being printed. So either select all the worksheets first, or tell Excel to print the Workbook.  (means you can't print them 1 worksheet (aka tab) at a time)

Acceptable at a dance, invaluable in a shipwreck.

        Got it work!  Yay!

        Thanks ~
