T - 8.0 Easy - Treadmill
W- 3.5 Warm Up/ 5 laps of 100 Sprint 100 float / 3.5 cool down.
T - 6 Easy + 4 laps of Stride straights walk curves.
F - 15.6 Long
S - 6.4 Easy, mostly before the sun came up. Was actually a bit chilly.
S - 6 Easy (At 9pm... :-/)
Total = 57.5
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday are packed. Will be interesting to see how everything gets worked out...

Friday - 17.5 AM on Ester Dome -- grizzly bear has been seen there but I didn't see it, 4 miles PM with teamSaturday - I coached, put on an XC race, and got in about 4 miles; drove 6.5 hours to Copper River
Sunday - tried dipnetting for salmon on the Copper River, but it was a bad day for fish. Just rained. Drove back
About 48-49 for the week
