        Another bump in miles this week with a half marathon.  Fortunately, I feel great!

          Hi Everyone! Finally the weight I put on after four months of inactivity is starting to come off! Smile

           

          Monday: 1 hr Cardio
          Tuesday: 4.5 mile walk (an improvement over last weeks 2.5 mile walk, but limping badly by the time I finished)

          Wednesday 2.5 mile run on Alter G at 60% of my weight.

          Thursday: 13 miles on Mt Bike

          Friday: 2.5 mile run on Alter G at 80% of my body weight. 11:31 pace

          Saturday: 3.25 mile trail run

          Totals: Bike: 13 miles  Walking: 4.5 miles Running: 8.25 miles

            Tuesday: 5.5 miles run, .4 mile walked

            Wednesday: 6.5 trail miles run, .3 mile walked

            Thursday: 6.1 miles run, too windy to walk after

            Friday: 4.1 miles run, .5 mile walk

            Saturday: 14.1 miles run, .3 mile walk

            Sunday: (travel day)

             

            Totals: 36.3 miles run, 1.9 miles walked

              Recovery week for me, and calves are still sore and tight from my half. Pushed off the track workout until Thursday, but I don't have high expectations of what I'll be able to do today... oh well...
