          Thurs 8-9 Miles 8 steady miles   Drizzly, muggy conditions
          Fri 4 Miles EZ; Core/Strength 4 EZ miles 30 min Lots of stretching and some foam rolling on ye ole quads
          Sat 24-26 Trail Miles 25 exhausting miles   Took me 6 hours, and my legs are totally trashed.  Lots of climbing and lots of slipping and sliding through snotty mud on the way back down.  Really beat up my quads and calves.

                Hey Gordon, thanks for the thread. This has been a busy week this week, but I've managed to get runs in most days. Not much for XT though...

                 

                Monday: 5.5 miles on the TM, .7 mile walk

                Tuesday: 9.2 miles outside (Yay!), .3 mile walk c/d

                Wednesday: 3.5 miles EZ on hotel TM after meetings, .7 mile walk

                Thursday: 5.1 miles on hotel TM before meetings, .7 mile walk

                Friday: Rest Day

                Saturday: 8.3 hilly miles in sunny 20° and .4 mile walk c/d

                Sunday: 10.4 miles run, .5 mile walked

                 

                Totals: 42.1 miles run, 3.3 miles walked
