Just a dude.
Kellydodge that is a great time what was your weight when you ran the 5k.
Roughly 180 I think, give or take a couple. I was out of town so I didn't have a scale.
Thanks!

Getting back in shape... Just need it to be a skinnier shape...

Bump for last call, while I tally up the September totals! (better late than never...)
I had a fun October - the weather was great and we had a long Indian summer, with hardly any snow, and the aspen colors were amazing this year.
October: 227 miles
3 shorter trail races: 8.4 miles, 15k, and 7.5 miles - I won my AG in all 3, out of 4,5,and 6 in the AG,respectively. I was using these short races for speedwork, and it was fun! But the most fun was that I ran the first race with Liz and Lori (spacecityrunner and seemomgo), and the 3rd race with Karen and Nancy (enke and Mariposai)!
I hammered down the trail, passing rocks and trees like they were standing still.

Woo-Hoo!! A double award!! Probably the last one for a while.
Need a fast half for late fall. Then I need to actually train for it.
