Am hoping to bounce back this week from this past weekend's implosion.
Thanks for the thread! Our weather is starting to hint at fall, one of the few times we have enjoyable running conditions. Just in time for me to once again do the longest run this year.
Here's how this week is shaping up but Coach may throw in a few more miles:

Hello everyone!
Monday: 13 miles on Mt Bike, 1.5 miles running 1 mile walking
Tuesday: 1 hr Cardio, 1 mile run nonstop on treadmill (Woo Hoo!) 1/2 mile swim.
Wednesday: 1 hr cardio on Bike trainer.
Thursday: rest
Friday : 3 mile run on Alter G at 80% of body weight, 10:49 pace

Jim, you're doing great! Look at that running you're doing! Not bad for a guy who isn't supposed to be even walking well!
This is it! Equinox week!
Monday: Rest Day (at conference in Phoenix)
Tuesday: 6.5 miles run, 1 mile walked
Wednesday: 5.1 mile trail run, .3 mile walked
Thursday: Rest Day
Friday: 2.85 miles very easy on the marathon course
Saturday: 50th Equinox Marathon in 4:11:27, so 26.2 miles run, .4 mile walk c/d
Sunday: 2.5 mile recovery run

Peak long run this weekend, though overall my mileage has been relatively low this entire training cycle (only broke 40 mpw once I think). So hopefully I'll be well rested for this weekend's endeavor!
