Dedicate some miles, please? (Read 266 times)

I certainly will as well. In October 2002 I was awoken in bed by my wife having a grand mal seizure. Never before in her life had she had a seizure nor was there any indication that something like that could happen. Out of the blue. She was blue, unresponsive and barely breathing. Scared me like nothing else. We're all fine today but I have an understanding of that moment and the days that follow. How much your heart is connected to another's really becomes evident during a time like that. Prayers are with you.

I'll be thinking of Crissy and Kevin on my run today. Thanks for sharing this with the running community, Amy.

I hammered down the trail, passing rocks and trees like they were standing still.

      Trails are hard!

Aamos--a great reminder to honor and cherish those close to you. I know I need to do it more. Max and I will do some miles tonight and will be thinking of my family along with Crissy, Dan and Donna. Kevin

Need a fast half for late fall.  Then I need to actually train for it.
