No plan - did long training run last week. Might run a 1/2 marathon this weekend. Just run how I feel...
M - 5 ez recovery.
T - 9.4 m. Slower than usual. Must still be recovering from LR on Sunday.
W - 5.6 - goofy work schedule today
T - 9.7 - better pace today than last couple days.
F - 11 m. Again, good enjoyable pace today.

Friday...................Easy 5.6 miles
Saturday...............Fartlek 3 miles
Sunday.................Long Run 11 miles in the morning and maybe half a mile barefoot at the jazz concert in the park
Total.....................40.3 miles
