Good morning USA..

After all its evening here in Japan.  Just doing a fly by.  Hope everyone had a great Sunday.  Looks like some good runs and a very quick 5K was had this weekend.  I did a nice 18 miler Sunday morning along the shoreline with the temps in the mid 30's to start, light winds and sunny.  So a rather nice day.  This morning it was up and running at 4:30am for a slow and easy 5 miles, then off to work.
