Marathon Maniac #957

TomS - congratulations on your PR!

Dave - I think I told you once that I lived in Fairborn growing up, about 15 minutes from Xenia.  I was 9 years old that day, and we were sent home from school early.  I walked to school and still remember how strange the weather felt.  There were apparently 37 tornados that day, with the worst of the Xenia damage being caused by 4 tornados that came down and flattened much of Xenia.  We drove around in a Red Cross truck afterward, giving food to volunteers digging in the rubble.

    Erika - snow?  Bummer!

Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."
