    Evanflein - 32.8 miles run, 1.8 miles elliptical, 1.5 mile walked, and 15 minutes weights.  Also lots of gardening and yard working

     

    pfriese - 42.1 miles running, 2 km swimming

     

    Jim L - 1.5 miles running, 53 miles biking

     

    fatozzig - 23 miles running, 45 min core/strength training

      My last race of this season is this weekend, Weaver Basin 50k.  It's the inaugural running, so keep your fingers crossed the RD has it together.

        Hello everyone!
        I'm hoping to get the Doc's approval to continue my running ways this week.

         

        Monday:: Today my Adriana and I celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary Smile

        Tuesday:        Mt Bike: 18.5 miles.  I found a new trail that added 5 miles to my normal loop! Wink

        Wednesday:  Mt Bike: 18.5 miles  Got the phone call today, I can resume running!!   Woo Hoo!

        Thursday:       Run           2.25 miles around lake 11:55 pace

                                Run/Walk 2 miles 

        Friday:            Rest

        Sat:                 Run:           2.25 miles            11:45 pace    Run/Walk .25 mile intervals, 2.25 miles

        Sun:                Run/Walk   2.mile warm up   14:25 pace         

                                Run            2.25 miles            12:10 pace             

         

        TOTALS:       Biking        37 miles

                               Running:      6.75       

                               Run / walk    6.25 miles

              Happy Anniversary, Jim! You share this date with my parents, celebrating their 57th today! The 8th of October must be a good day.

               

              Will continue the "take it easy" approach to see if my shin clears up. Maybe more than token XT this week?

               

              Monday: Rest Day

              Tuesday: 2.5 mile walk around campus at lunchtime

              Wednesday: 2.3 miles (20:05) elliptical, 15 minutes weights, .3 mile walk

              Thursday: Ended up being a rest day because of schedule

              Friday: 3 miles elliptical (25:05), 25 minutes weights (Oy.....)

              Saturday: Did absolutely nothing but sit on my butt all day Blush

              Sunday: 6.2 miles run and the leg held up pretty well, not 100% but much better; .55 mile walk

               

              Totals: 6.2 miles run, 5.3 mile elliptical, 3.4 miles walked, 2 x weights (and 3 rest days, eek!)

                My goal is to slowly build the base again. I ran my first 40 miler post marathon a month ago last week. I am planning on another solid 40 miler this week.
