        Prince of Fatness

          Plateau city.
Same for me this week as well. 1/16 - 171.5 lbs. 1/23 - 171.5 lbs. I really wasn't on good behavior eating this week so I'm not overly surprised.

          Not at it at all.

Helen - I'm not going to mention your age here, but you're pretty close to me. Are you done with menopause already? I'd like to know how much (if any) weight you gained going through that ordeal. To quote a line from my DH: "I'm not too heavy, I'm just not tall enough for my weight."Big grin
Jlynne, I don't care who mentions my age ... I am proud that I will soon be the big 6-0. and to answer your question, no I didn't really gain a lot. I have fluctuated between 130 and 140 for the last 5 years, which is when I took up running. Before that, in my early 50's I was up to 160 at one point. Surprised But you are the same height as me, and much lighter !Wink

That's my goal Smile I'm happy if I stay the same or lose a little, as long as I don't go in the other direction Shocked I'm a little behind posting but I did start officially trying to lose the baby weight since having our second kiddo on Dec 12th. I'm hoping to lose one pound a week. Starting last week at 123, I'm now at 121. So, so far so good. rs

Runningsmarter - 121 lbs is awesome for having just had a baby last month. How much more do you plan to lose?

Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."

I'd like to get back to pre-preggo weight, 108. That's my primary goal, then I'd like to get down to 105 which is a better racing weight for me. I'm only 5 foot so 121 is heavy for me, it's all relative. Smile
