    If you're near a TV today (Friday 3/6), I will be on FOX News Studio B with Shepard Smith at 3:50 EST, 2:50 CST talking about barefoot running for the Free Wheelchair Mission. Otherwise, I will have a video posted on the website later tonight. http://barefootrunner.org

          rick. nice. thanks on behalf of your increasing numbers of barefoot brothers and sisters. What was the temperature during the filmed run? How low does it go nowdays before you'll consider the treadmill? thanks. - not-in-snow-country-anymore jon

            Hi Jon ... The temp was about 22/23 degrees F. It was a perfect temp and perfect snow. I woudn't have considered the treadmill unless it would have been below 10 degrees F. Glad you're back from the Far East. Hope to see you some over with us bean counters on the bf weekly mileage. Best, Rick
