            Total: 34 miles (4 hrs 12 min)

            it was a bit windy today, but overall not too bad.
            started cramping around mile 20, had to slow down.
            hey, still a BQ-21, for what it's worth. and a NYC 2015 qualifier

            the jury is still out on my right hip. it was not
            a huge factor, but it was definitely acting up today.
            I do not remember tapering this much for any race,
            so this was not a normal taper.
            I was feeling that same pain in the hip every day
            and just resting it
