      Mari , I am so excited to see you and wild on your birthdays in WA.....Can't Wait!

       

      Ribs - It is so great to see you!  I am doing fine, just busy busy with family and work and trying to squeeze in that daily run just to keep my sanity!   Sounds like your running is going well!  Just make sure that knee behaves!   (It helps if you tell them they can be replaced) Big grin
