guess you didn't see my posting.

Need a fast half for late fall.  Then I need to actually train for it.

          an amazing likeness

Looks like they need to water that canyon a bit...seems parched.  Oh, what's that...oh, really...desert Southwest...never mind.

            April: 194 miles

            YTD: 750 miles

I have been on the DL since for a couple weeks. I have a couple more on the DL and then hope to ease back into some running.

                  • Children's Musemu 5K - 2nd place, RW div.

Thank you for starting this inspiring thread Carolyn.  There is so much support on this website and I am so grateful!

105 for me in April.  My third consecutive 100-mile month  Smile

219 for the month and 883 for the year so far.

I raced twice, a half marathon and 25K trail race (RRCA regional championships), and 15th and 6th overall and grand masters winner for both.  Times off a bit, and I haven't been recovering from workouts and races this year so I got some blood work. Going to start off with diet changes for three months and see if that sets things straight. Otherwise, might need to take other steps.

Here's are a couple pics from the "Greenland" Trail Race the other day.  10 years running Skyline Ridge in Alaska was good prep.
