My DD said her friends were cooking or taking their mom's out, but she knew I'd rather exercise!

Now THAT is cool...in so many ways.

I did an easy 8 miler, fertilized the lawn and now we're going to a bar-b-q for DW...because she would rather eat than exercise...(oops...did I just say that?)

...SEKRET MESSAGE FROM CLAIRE TO AVENGER DOGGIE........

Ice cream is my favorite food.

I like chocolate. Sorry you can't have any. Strawberry is good too.

I like to pretend I'm a dog. I chase our cat down the hall. I bark at my mommy and daddy. I like to chase the ball too.

I like to practice soccer ball with my Mimi and granddaddy.

      Thank you for your letter.

      P.s.

I really like your costume and your doll. I have a favorite doll too magic unicorn. I have lots of toys. Do you have any toys?

why wouldn't the goddeses keep on getting faster and faster?

Good enough for third in my AG, and I stuck around to get a ribbon.  This is my very first AG placement (if you exclude coming in 3rd in a recreation club very small 5K that only had 3 female runners).

10 miles of trail running before I spent the afternoon playing in the dirt and working in the backyard. My son and other sons showed up to help. I feel so loved.

swinging by to wish all the moms here, and the 50 something "mom" who looks out for tet, and all the folks who care selflessly for others the best for the rest of the year ahead.  And also to say your own moms did greta work, because this group is just a unique bunch of caring, extraordinary people.

Loved loved loved the photos (and a Tag one amongst them!) of all the kiddoes.  Happy for all who got out running and gardening and racing: enke, CONGRATS!  tselbs, perch, milktruck, Jay.......busy pulling in AGs and memories.

Started the weekend with an easy 8 mile bike ride with DH around the neighborhood, just a nice way to get thing underway.  5K yesterday, with some pre-race warm ups and then 21 today.  gearing up for my crewing gig at the Keys 100 this coming weekend.  hope to check in tomorrow.  beautiful evening out there tonight, almost a full moon==maybe this weekend,  should be good for my runner Saturday night.
