My mind put a comma after broke and thought, "Oh no, what happened." But then I saw the rest and corrected my mind.

Um, I looked it up only after finishing an 18 miler, and since I would have needed to add 3 miles to get to a prime, just have to accept the frowns from y'all. 394 point something for August. 8/9: Cape 5K, 21:21, second woman 8/17: Leading Ladies Marathon, 3:29:45, 1AG 8/30: Dr. Piper Legacy 5K, 21:44, Masters

I had the highest monthly mileage this year, 201.4, so I'm starting to pull away from the Swamp pace bunny. In a free 5k on a Wednesday night, I came in 3rd OA and won my AG (with a pretty mediocre time).
