My mind put a comma after broke and thought, "Oh no, what happened."  But then I saw the rest and corrected my mind.

Um, I looked it up only after finishing an 18 miler, and since I would have needed to add 3 miles to get to a prime, just have to accept the frowns  from y'all.

          394 point something for August.

          8/9: Cape 5K, 21:21, second woman

          8/17: Leading Ladies Marathon, 3:29:45, 1AG

          8/30: Dr. Piper Legacy 5K, 21:44, Masters

Would have expected 6 more miles from ya... Slacker ;-)

                Wow, Paul!

I had the highest monthly mileage this year, 201.4, so I'm starting to pull away from the Swamp pace bunny.  In a free 5k on a Wednesday night, I came in 3rd OA and won my AG (with a pretty mediocre time).
