Getting frustrated (Read 439 times)

Update: I got my old shoes back and have been concentrating on the mid-foot strike. Things have been going very well. I went to the sports doc and he said there is significant weakness in the left side compared to the right and thinks that's what is causing the problem. So off to a chiropractor, even though I don't have a lot of faith in them. But I will keep an open mind. Tonight I ran 5.09 km in 28.24. Shocked Something's getting better. Smile I appreciate all the help you have given me at runningahead! Ruth
