Hey Tramps, Thanks for doing this again!!! I know it takes a lot of your time, but I really do appreciate your efforts here! Dec '07 miles: 75.5 YTD '07 miles: 2,240.3 I'm coming back from a stress fracture, but optimistic for 2008... Great running, Boomers! John

Thank you Tramps for your contirubtion in helping to make this a great year December - 179 miles 2007 - 2,746 miles (all-time PR...by one mile!) Marathon 3:09:09 (Seniors PR)

Age 60 plus best times: 5k 19:00, 10k 38:35, 10m 1:05:30, HM 1:24:09, 30k 2:04:33

hej tramps, thanks for doing this again (and hi to boomer friends - i finally found you all over here!) december was dedicated to meeting the goal for the year - 1200 miles, and we ran (DH walked with me) the last 3 miles yesterday. december: 99.15 2008: 1200.65 miles (PR) 2 half marathons (PR and 3rd in age group of 4 runners) 1 10K (PR and 1st in age group of 2 runners) 1 5K (with fjorddaughter - what could be more important? - and a PR) lost 8 lbs, down 29 lbs since i started running in may 2006. happy new year to all! susan

Tramps, many thanks - you rock! Wishing you a fabulous 2008! December miles: 60 2007 miles: 867.4 - this is a PR just cuz it's my first full year of running. PR: yes indeed! I ran a 5K yesterday (12/31), and PR'd with a time of 28:21 and a first in my age group Big grin

An injury kept me from getting closer to my goal of 1000 miles in '07, shooting for that in '08. Jem

134.1 miles run and walked in Dec. which included an 80 mile week in Scotland,62R-28-w ytd 1513 miles 3 races in Dec. with 26 for year.

Pretty much of a lurker from the CR Boomer board...frankly, I had a lousy year...80 miles in Dec., 915 for the year, way below the 1000+ I hit past 2 years. Big problem was senior softball season...played over 100 games, pulled muscles in both thighs & broke my foot. Other than that, everything was great. No PR's to report...they were all set 30-40 years ago. Now I run mostly to complain to MrsDickyG

Thanks, Tramps. Dec 2007: ran 54.2 miles and walked 15.1 miles, for a monthly total of 69.3 miles. It's a PR for running miles, but not running + walking. YTD 2007: ran 440 miles, walked 200 miles, annual total = 640 miles. Thanks, everybody, for the support, info, and encouragement. Good runs throughout 2008 to all. Smile

Thanks for continuing this great thread, Tramps. I logged on to Cool Running/Active, and there was nobody to play with. 201.25 miles for December 1919 miles for the year - definitely a personal best. It was a very good year! Sue

Greetings. I posted rarely on CR under denger2, but I enjoy seeing the monthly stats for all runners. Here are my miles: December: 276.5 Total miles run in 2007: 2663.8 This was a year for several PRs (none in December): Races: Marathon 3:28:16 Half Marathon 1:28:52 10K 40:35 4M 25:55 5K 19:40 Now I'm looking forward to 2008!
