My Uterus Will Fall Out?
Erika encouraged me to post my 50k run here:
Female
Age: 43
Race: Siskiyou Out Back(SOB) 50k Trail Run
Time: 7:39:13 (I have it memorized!)
Do you get extra credit for elevation gain and loss (4200 feet)??

Hi Ilene, Last night, I had my best 5K since Dec07, 25:57.
Thanks, TomS
Hey, Ilene. I have a 1:53:58 half marathon now. Oh- and not good, but 15K mark of 1:24:12.
Ilene:
I haven't had you update my times in a while:
5K - 19:50 (Aug. 29th Fugitive 5K)
Half Marathon - 1:34:04 (Oct. 4th Maine Marathon / Half Marathon)
New York right around the corner, not sure if I'll have much for you to post for that though!
Hey Ilene,
Please update my Marathon time to 3:45:40. (Male 55-59)

And I get to bump my own marathon time (yay!) for F45-49 3:39:36 evanflein
Feels good... I had one last chance to improve that time, and now it's on to the 50-54 AG!

Since you're taking the top three times there is an open slot for me.
