                Hi Ilene!

If you don't mind adding another name to the list I think some of my times might go in M55-59.

Since you are going to be in there Ilene, you have my marathon in the wrong age group.  Should be 45-49.

                  Thanks.

Thanks cousin Jules...I'd missed this one

Some better luck on the injury front is all you need to be right there. We usually don't talk in terms of potential at this age but in your case I believe that you haven't come close to running the best race you are capable of.

Ilene-I had a pr for my 4 miler for this year-11/26/09-43:39. But you'll have to start a new age division-75-79

I think a few of my times can be added to this.

My 10K PR is now 52:27 (updated from the 54:03 you currently have me listed for).

                              I have a 5K PR of 24:47

and a marathon PR of 4:46:34.

                              Tammy

I guess I can even slide into 3rd place for a HM, for a time of 2:05:15, although that is far from my PR and I'm sure others in my AG have done better than that, but haven't given you their times, so until then, I'll snag that 3rd place spot I suppose.
