        I'm not going to get anywhere close to 40 miles this week. Need to get this hammy right.

        MTA - Ended up with 11.8 miles + some elliptical and pool running. I think I am finally getting back together. Here's hoping next week is back to 40.

              not very happy with the race today as I slowed

              down quite a bit in the second half. still somehow

              got 3rd place in the AG (out of 349).
