June 180.2 miles, and 723.5 ytd...only 30 miles away from the 1500 mile bunny. First HM coming up july 26th.

Only 91 for me, 56.4 of them were in races.

10 consecutive days of no running, I keep expecting the next month to be better, but stuff keeps happening.

I:m still in Japan and a day ahead but venturing into the the hinterlands <<<(Mr. Fuji)>>> lost computer contact for a while.

\still adhering to vow not to do any training runs until timmy gets the good job he deserves but somehow got in a PR six marathons this month making nine marathons in a row since 3/28 without any other running.

still running slowly, slowly in deference to temperatures in the eighties and ninties and Mr. Knee too <<<(chronology/chronology)>>> but having more fun than ever. <<<(local goddess named mari)>>. - yippee.

6/6 - Imperial Palace Marathon # 90 6:44;30

6/7 - Odawara Marathon - 8;44;30 (with my mentor Nakamura-san who was having` trouble) - PR

6/13 - Hakone Ekiden Marathon - 8;23;00

6/20 - Imperial Palace Marathon #93 - 6:52:1

6/27 - Imperial Palace Marathon #94 - 7:37:19

planning to be back middle of next week, . . . maybe after another onsen and Mt. Fuji

MIKEMP - if you`re still here, the Imperial Palace Marathon #96 is this saturday 7/11 and on

sunday you could hike up mt mt fuji with someone you know.
