    Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."

      Many Thanks Holly.  I'm in. No plan, just recovery and start training for Knoxville TN Marathon.

       

      M - 6 m. Rec Pace (Sat marathon), But did EZ Hills Ladder on TM.

      T - 7 m. TM. Rolling Hills level 2. 8:55 pace.

      W - 3 m. Sick of winter.

      T - OFF

      F - 10 - 8:24 pace overall, most miles faster

      S - 7 m.

      S - 7 m.

       

      Total - 40 m. Really struggled this week with diet / rest / recovery from last weekends marathon. But I continue the fight.

      Philippians 4:13.

        Think I'll probably need a free pass this week.

         

        Monday.............a little running in the Plyometrics/Core class.........done-2.6 miles

        Tuesday............4 mile group run with 20 minutes tempo................done-4.3

        Wednesday......7 miles easy.....................................................mostly done-6.7

        Even though this was a low week, I managed to pass last month's mileage so I'm still building.

            45 miles this week:

            11 miles of jogging and tapering, followed by a 55 KM XC Ski Race known as the American Birkebeiner in NW Wisconsin. Absolute blast!
